Nakul Rawat is a Fellow member of the ICAI since 2012.He has handled several assignments relating to statutory audits of corporates and concurrent audits of nationalised and co- operative banks. He has been involved in advising corporates proposing to come up with Public Issues (IPOs). He is having the extensive experience of dealing various assignments of banks, multi-national companies, insurance companies and construction companies.

He is also a Registered Valuer of “Securities or Financial Assets” and is empanelled with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India
