Ankit Rawat is a Fellow member of the ICAI since 2012. He has handled several assignments relating to statutory audits of corporates and concurrent audits of nationalized and co- operative banks. He has carried out several assignments for due diligence and amalgamation of companies. He has acumen for process and controls and specialises in internal audit. He is having the exposure of quarterly limited review of listed Companies as per Regulation 33 of Listing agreement issued by SEBI.

He is also a Registered Valuer of “Securities or Financial Assets” and is empanelled with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India.
